庄子思想中蕴含着丰富的“工匠精神”。其中技与道的相关思想构成了“工匠精神”的理论基础。庄子的“工匠精神”思想包括“大马捶钩”体现的敬业精神；“庖丁解牛”体现的精益求精精神；“痀偻丈人承蜩”体现的专注精神以及“圣人工乎天而拙乎人”体现的创新精神等。这些思想在应对现代社会中资本异化所造成的对劳动者的偏见、市场经济对“工匠精神”的侵蚀、资本的增值性驱动劳动者忽视了审美、创新等问题具有一定的价值。因此，我们要将其进行创新转型发展，建立一种具有社会主义中国特色的“工匠精神”。

Zhuangzi's thought is rich in "craftsmanship".The theoretical foundation of "craftsmanship" is formed by the ideas related to technology and Tao.Zhuangzi's thought of "craftsmanship" includes the spirit of dedication embodied in "The Great Horse Punching the Hook",the spirit of excellence embodied in "The Butcher Solving the Ox",and the spirit of concentration embodied in "Approach The spirit of dedication embodied in "the man who is a sage is a man of heaven but a man of man" and the spirit of innovation embodied in "the sage is a man of heaven but a man of man".These ideas are valuable in addressing the prejudice against workers caused by the alienation of capital in modern society, the erosion of "craftsmanship" by the market economy, and the neglect of aesthetics and innovation by workers driven by the value-addedness of capital.Therefore, we should creatively transform and innovatively develop it,and establish a socialist "crafts-manship" with Chinese characteristics.
