γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)作为哺乳动物抑制性神经递质,在中枢神经系统中具有极其重要的作用,许多神经疾病和精神疾病的发生都与GABA水平的异常有关,本文就其合成代谢、释放及生理功能作一综述。
Abstract：GABA is the main inhibitory neurotransmitter in the mammalian brain.It is very important in the central neural system.The abnormal GABA concentration is the underlying cause of many neurological and psychiatric disorders.In this paper,the metabolic pathway,releasing and physiologic function were reviewed.
